COMMAND DVD Navigation With Voice Control
The Cockpit Management and Data (COMAND) system combines radio, GPS satellite navigation, and controls for the optional phone and 6-disc CD changer into one dashboard unit. The system incorporates a DVD navigation drive and a separate CD drive that allows CD playback even while navigating. A large color-LCD screen shows navigation maps in sharp detail. The system also integrates with the multifunction display and steering-wheel controls.
Note: the DVD-based navigation system in this vehicle does not include maps of Europe.
*While the navigation system provides directional assistance, the driver must remain focused on safe driving behavior, including attention to traffic and street signs. The driver should utilize the system's audio cues while driving and should only consult the map or verbal displays once the vehicle has been stopped in a safe place. DVD maps do not cover all areas nor all routes within an area.

The exterior of your E-Class with Sport Package is finished with blue tinted glass for added flair, and the interior is accentuated with Black Birdseye Maple wood trim and a matte chrome instrument cluster with white gauges.*Lower aspect ratio tires and accompanying wheels provide substantially increased treadwear, increased tire noise and reduced ride comfort. Serious wheel and tire damage may occur if the vehicle is operated on rough or damaged road surfaces or upon encountering road debris or obstacles. These tires are not designed for use on snow and ice. Winter tires mounted on appropriately sized and approved wheels are recommended for driving in those conditions.
